Request WildSafeBC in your community

Don’t see your community listed?

Each year, local governments apply for the WildSafeBC Community Program. Participating communities are listed on our Contact Us page. If your community isn’t listed, you can help bring the program to your area.

Start with your local government (most important)

Your best first step is to contact:

  • Your Mayor
  • City Councillors
  • Regional District Directors

Why this matters:

WildSafeBC programs are community-driven and require local government support and funding. A program can only happen if a municipality or regional district applies.

Ask them to:

  • Support a WildSafeBC
  • Community Program
  • Allocate funding
  • Submit an application

Use this email template

We’ve made it easy to reach out to your local officials:
